Hilshire Village is one of 6 Memorial Villages surrounding the Houston metropolitan area. The village is considered one of the smallest villages out of the 6, with under 1000 inhabitants. The area is known for its beautiful weather, friendly residents, and the fact that it's incredibly pretty. Part of the allure to the area is the unique wooded terrain and hidden ravines. Many people call the area an urban oasis.
The area wasn't truly established until the 1940s when Frank Bruess purchased 30 acres of land. It is said that Frank had read about a country estate in England, and named the area after that. Frank then began the construction of the village in the 1950s.
Hilshire Village sits right off the Katy Tollway, so residents enjoy quick access to surrounding areas, such as Houston. The area is also very close to a huge park called Memorial Park.

In a time of need. You don't have time to waste. SERVPRO responded quickly by sending a crew within hours. Crew chief Julian Martinez, Oscar and the rest of the team was phenomenal.
Starting with arriving when they said they would. After assessing my situation Julian told me his game plan including updating me of any changes. Julian and Oscar were extremely polite, overly helpful and I felt that Julian and his team really cared about my property to not cause further damage to anything as they relocated it.
Daily, SERVPRO techs like Felton would come over to check the machines and measure the dampness in the walls and floors and would update me on what was needed still to be done including informing me of areas not drying as well as it should.
