I had major water leaks inside my home due to faulty flat roof parts of my home, with heavy rain forecast for that night. The next day, SERVPRO rep Joe Harrington came to a walk-through of inside of house and get me set up for water damage mitigation. Joe has been very helpful every step of the way. He and his crew came on Wednesday afternoon to start with the process, and had most of the demolition done on first day, and set up the dehumidifiers and air movers, covered everything and cleaned up. There was small amount of demolition in a couple other rooms to be done the second day, but he explained everything in detail every step of the way. Someone comes and checks each day to make sure everything still working properly. Today is the third day, and due to their great work most of the rooms have already been able to have the machines moved out. I would definitely recommend this company if you have suffered any water or fire damage (and fire damage probably includes water damage after fire dept does their job) to your home, and Joe in particular, to anyone needing water or fire mitigation done, as they did fantastic job considering the amount of damage in several rooms and will allow me to get repairs done sooner than expected.

I have never felt comfortable with someone touching my belongings, although, I needed someone to pack up my entire house due to a pipe leak that caused terrible flooding. I googled and decided to give SERVPRO a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and polite the crew was. They assured me they would take care of everything and make sure everything is clean before packing it away. I have since received all my things back, and they are all in perfect condition!
