Preferred Vendor for Storm and Water Damage Insurance Claims
As an agent or adjuster, you have a responsibility to provide excellent service to your customers. We share that same commitment.
Our Results Give You a Competitive Advantage
For more than 50 years, SERVPRO® has built a solid reputation as a leader in fire and water cleanup and restoration. We’re committed to your customers by acting with urgency to restore their property and their lives while adhering to IICRC standards, resulting in lower claims costs, a low loss ratio, and satisfied customers for improved policyholder retention.
Customer Satisfaction is Our Goal
What makes your local SERVPRO professionals different?
Restoring your customer’s property is our first priority, and they’ll have peace of mind knowing we’re there quickly and work hard to limit the damage.
Our claims professionals take a “restore vs. replace” approach because it’s usually less expensive to restore property than to replace it.
We’ll provide your customers with an itemized loss inventory and pictures of important items.
We train local SERVPRO professionals in IICRC standards in fire and water cleanup and restoration. Ongoing training is also available at our state-of-the-art IICRC-Approved Training Facility for them, as well as our insurance clients.
You can be sure we use qualified vendors to service your customer in the completion of their claim.
Our local professionals get back to you quickly and work with vendors so you don’t have to, saving you time to focus on priority files.
SERVPRO HQ has a team of dynamic marketing professionals who focus on national account relationships, keeping communication flowing between local SERVPRO professionals and insurance companies.
The goal of this National Accounts Division is to maximize the satisfaction of both the insurance companies and the insured through the development and management of business-to-business relationships within the insurance industry.
SERVPRO also has specialized training and promotes adherence to IICRC Standards, so you can expect professional cleaning and restoration services across the United States and Canada.
Our National Accounts Guidelines help ensure standards are met, including:

- Background checks are required for SERVPRO location employees, including temporary employees.
- Transparent step-by-step communication between local SERVPRO professionals and insurance agent or adjuster.
