Headquarter's Benefits and Total Rewards
At SERVPRO Headquarters, we understand how important benefits are to our employees and their families. Coverage is available on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees.
Paid Time Off
Flexible use of paid time off (PTO) bank, floating holiday and bereavement time benefits, in addition to eight paid holidays per year.
Paid Parental Leave
Up to 6 weeks of company paid leave is given to a birthing parent and 4 weeks for a non-birthing parent following the birth or adoption of an employee’s child.

Employee Resource Groups
At SERVPRO we understand the importance of belongingness. One of our core values is “Grow Relationships” so we, of course, want to provide opportunities to build community within our workplace. We currently offer three voluntary, employee-led groups where members can come together and feel connected. These groups offer opportunities for professional development, philanthropy, and fun. Our hope is that these groups will help foster a sense of community and camaraderie amongst our teammates.
One Spectrum is a SERVPRO Headquarters employment resource group created to amplify the SERVPRO brand. One Spectrum promotes and embraces different backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and knowledge. The SERVPRO Women's Initiative exists to inspire, support, and encourage all women by creating a community that provides opportunities to learn, share, and develop. SERVPRO Fit Fam was established by HQ employees to help provide health and fitness support and accountability to each other. Members will gain knowledge about proper nutrition in order to promote a healthier lifestyle. The mission of the group is to provide support and accountability for each other to improve their lifestyles through health and fitness. By promoting a healthier lifestyle with better eating habits and fitness, the members strive to provide a supportive community so that they can promote better productivity at work and in their everyday lives.
The Game Syndicate was created with the purpose of bringing Teammates together around the greatness of games. All types of games are welcome (card, board, party, etc.), and all that we ask if that you show up and have a good time. The Game Syndicate meets the second Thursday of every month at 2:30 P.M. in the HQ Cafeteria.
