After the terrible experience of having a flooded house due to a cracked second floor toilet tank, we had a great experience with SERVPRO of QA coming to do the mitigation. The team arrived early the next day and immediately got to work, pulling up warped flooring, ripping out wet drywall walls and ceilings, removing appliances as needed and getting numerous fans set up. They also went into the crawl space, removing sodden insulation and inspecting the ductwork. And they worked with me on trying to preserve some of the things that seemed ok - but held their ground on items that really needed to go (and in hindsight, they were right!). The packing crew was also great, wrapping and protecting our kitchenware, art and other more delicate items and securely boxing them complete with clear labeling.
