Living on Kent Island, wet crawlspaces seem to be a way of life for us. When our sump pump failed and flooded our crawlspace, Tim Hooper and the SERVPRO of Queen Anne's guys were here immediately. They quickly mitigated the water and commenced drying out the area before mold could grow. Unfortunately, my duct work and hvac were under there, but Tim, Christian, Luke and Brandon were able to get all of the insulation and ducts cleaned out and dried. My crawlspace is actually in better shape now than it was before the flood. It is good to know that we have someone to rely on when disaster finds its way to our home. I highly recommend using this professional, courteous and friendly team. And we truly appreciated their "bedside manner" of breaking things to us gently as the problems revealed themselves. They addressed every single aspect of my property damage Tim made sure that my family's needs were taken care of in every way, whether he was doing the work or not. Be it the painting, the drywall, the plumbing or the cabinetry. He made sure afterwards everything was in order and better than the way he found it. This mini disaster turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our house looks better than it did before. Tim and the SERVPRO team did more than just clean up, they guided us every step of the way to making our house whole again, and for that, my family can't thank the SERVPRO of QA guys enough. The team has great leadership, and Tim is lucky to have such a dedicated crew with him.
