We recently discovered a mold issue in our crawl space. We weren't sure how to treat it. We were concerned with how much it would cost to correct it. Tim and his crew did an excellent job cleaning up our RV. IT LOOKS AND SMELLS LIKE NEW. Was impressed that Tim took the time to research certain aspects of the job in order to give us the best outcome. He even put air in our tires before we left! And the price was right, better than other places!

Living on Kent Island, wet crawlspaces seem to be a way of life for us. When our sump pump failed and flooded our crawlspace, Tim Hooper and the SERVPRO of Queen Anne's guys were here immediately. They quickly mitigated the water and commenced drying out the area before mold could grow. Unfortunately, my duct work and hvac were under there, but Tim, Christian, Luke and Brandon were able to get all of the insulation and ducts cleaned out and dried.
