We recently discovered a mold issue in our crawl space. We weren't sure how to treat it. We were concerned with how much it would cost to correct it. Living on Kent Island, wet crawlspaces seem to be a way of life for us. When our sump pump failed and flooded our crawlspace, Tim Hooper and the SERVPRO of Queen Anne's guys were here immediately. They quickly mitigated the water and commenced drying out the area before mold could grow. Unfortunately, my duct work and hvac were under there, but Tim, Christian, Luke and Brandon were able to get all of the insulation and ducts cleaned out and dried. My crawlspace is actually in better shape now than it was before the flood. It is good to know that we have someone to rely on when disaster finds its way to our home. They addressed every single aspect of my property damage Tim made sure that my family's needs were taken care of in every way, whether he was doing the work or not. Be it the painting, the drywall, the plumbing or the cabinetry. He made sure afterwards everything was in order and better than the way he found it. This mini disaster turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our house looks better than it did before.
