Tim Hooper and the Eastern Shore SERVPRO crew are amazing! We discovered a “hidden” leak behind the wall where our fridge connects to the water line which had been causing damage for a long time (unknown to us). Tim and his crew were super supportive, friendly, responded quickly and communicated everything they found as they came upon it. Tim was wonderful from the start giving advice and explaining the process. Would definitely recommend these guys for any of your damage mitigation and remediation needs!

The sump pump in my basement failed and the basement flooded. Tim Hooper at SERVPRO was expeditious in his response to my problem and providing solution options. He and his crew did exactly what they told me they would do with great attention to detail. I found Tim to be very honest and reliable. Great service and fast response ! We had a flood in the sacristy of our church (hot water heater.) Tim and his folks responded quickly and had everything dried out for the insurance adjuster to inspect. Great job, Tim!

Tim Hooper and his assistant Christian provided tremendous service within just a few hours of my call. The damage would have been much worse had they not come out. They dried everything out, moved junk, and tore out water logged walls and carpet. Although I hope to never have to use SERVPRO again, I will not hesitate should the need arise!

During August of last year my boat, that is docked in Rock Hall, had a fire in the main salon galley area. I called SERVPRO for the clean up. Tim Hooper and his team did an outstanding job with the cleaning and odor removal caused by the fire, soot and smoke. Tim worked closely with me and my insurance company, and kept everyone informed of the progress along the way. Working on a boat is not an easy process. He and his team had to remove all the covered panels, drapery, TV's, refrigerator,wine cooler etc, to be cleaned off site. He cleaned everything that was cleanable. Much had to be replaced due to soot and fire damage.

I would highly recommend using Tim again {hopefully never} if ever required. He runs a first class operation and deserves FIVE STARS. My boat is not yet 100% complete but it's well on it's way.
