Tim Hooper and the Eastern Shore SERVPRO crew are amazing! We discovered a “hidden” leak behind the wall where our fridge connects to the water line which had been causing damage for a long time (unknown to us). Tim and his crew were super supportive, friendly, responded quickly and communicated everything they found as they came upon it. Tim was wonderful from the start giving advice and explaining the process. Would definitely recommend these guys for any of your damage mitigation and remediation needs!

The sump pump in my basement failed and the basement flooded. Tim Hooper at SERVPRO was expeditious in his response to my problem and providing solution options. Tim Hooper and his assistant Christian provided tremendous service within just a few hours of my call. The damage would have been much worse had they not come out. They dried everything out, moved junk, and tore out water logged walls and carpet. Although I hope to never have to use SERVPRO again, I will not hesitate should the need arise!
