Tim came to our house and did a great job taking care of our water damage. He did a thorough cleaning and made sure the mold was sprayed. He made sure we were happy with the service. Thanks Tim!!!

They were professional, on time, respectful of my property and my family. We are in a farm and have dogs that mind our animals. They were sweet with them and took the time to get to know them. My animals loved them which told me a lot of what I needed to know from the out. Woukd work with them again. I hope you do too!

The folks at ServPro in New Kent County are ROCKSTARS! They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. The team is professional and communicative. As homeowners we knew the details every step of the way. I am unable to comment on price because ServPro invoices to date have been paid by our insurance company

This was my second time working with Servpro on a water issue. They we fantastic the first time, which is why I called them for the second issue. They are very customer friendly, responsive, communicative, flexible and easy to work with. They are also very efficient in their remediation work and will take great care to make sure the job is completed correctly. While they do not actually put the home back together where drywall repairs and insulation are needed, they do refer quality professionals who will do this for you, which was a great benefit to me instead of looking around for my own contractor. I highly recommend their services and friendly people.

We recently contacted servpro of New Kent due to a white mold problem in our log cabin that originated from our HVAC system. On my initial phone call I knew I would be in good hands. Unfortunately I don't remember the two ladies names that I spoke with but they were super friendly and very knowledgeable and explained the whole process of cleaning the ducts and HVAC unit. They promptly scheduled the visit and quoted a price by just asking a few simple questions. Tommy and Mark arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable about the task and answered any questions I had and they worked diligently to complete the job and even let me pitch in to help.
