This was my second time working with Servpro on a water issue. They we fantastic the first time, which is why I called them for the second issue. They are very customer friendly, responsive, communicative, flexible and easy to work with. They are also very efficient in their remediation work and will take great care to make sure the job is completed correctly. While they do not actually put the home back together where drywall repairs and insulation are needed, they do refer quality professionals who will do this for you, which was a great benefit to me instead of looking around for my own contractor. We recently contacted servpro of New Kent due to a white mold problem in our log cabin that originated from our HVAC system. On my initial phone call I knew I would be in good hands. Unfortunately I don't remember the two ladies names that I spoke with but they were super friendly and very knowledgeable and explained the whole process of cleaning the ducts and HVAC unit. They promptly scheduled the visit and quoted a price by just asking a few simple questions.
