Troup Cleanup and Restoration

We called Serv-Pro because one of the apartments at our housing authority had been severely neglected by the previous tenants and had offensive odors due to smoking, neglect of pets, and very poor housekeeping over an extended period of time. Matt Pearson called me back promptly and scheduled a visit to our property site to assess our situation. Following the visit, Matt wrote up a thorough proposal for what repairs and remediation services were recommended to correct the unsanitary conditions and poor air quality, including prices for each of the services. Matt made it clear that Serv-Pro could provide all the necessary work, but we could also opt to do some of the work ourselves. We chose to do some of the less technical work (such as cleaning and painting) using our in-house staff, but authorized Serv-Pro do all of the more advanced work, such as air duct cleaning and air-cleaning and odor remediation. Austin, the crew chief, was assigned to carry out the work done by Serv-Pro, and he and his crew did an excellent job. Throughout the process, which involved several trips to our facility, Austin kept me informed of their schedule, including their times of arrival, estimated amount of time the work would take, and what type of work they planned to do on each trip. Throughout the process, all of our dealings with Serv-Pro were completely satisfactory and were conducted in a professional, but friendly and personable manner. This is company that is providing excellent customer service at a time when good customer service is a rare commodity. And we felt that their prices were very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of work they performed. I highly recommend Serv-Pro to anyone who needs the type of services they provide!

Lonnie was very professional. He did excellent work always on time went out of his way to help this homeowner recovering from Ian. He comes highly recommended. Herb did a good job on the final inspection walk through. Would definitely ask for SERVPRO again and would recommend them as first choice.

The SERVPRO employees: Austin, James, and Heather are truly experts. They made the damaged areas of my home look as if nothing ever happened. They were very respectful of our privacy and personal belongings. I also thank construction manager Kyle for coming out to look over what needed to be done at our home as well.

Austin and his crew did an absolutely amazing job packing all of my things and loading them into pods! I was excited to find out that he would be the one to unpack all of my things as well. Austin, James and Andreas (and the 2 women that helped) were all so professional, efficient and courteous! You can tell that they all love their job and love working for SERVPRO! They made what could have been such an awful experience a stress-free and pleasant experience! I highly recommend SERVPRO and this wonderful team. My only suggestion is to give these guys a raise! They deserve it!
