I can’t say enough good things about Serve Pro. They came to the rescue when we really needed help and worked extra hard to take care of us every step of the way. Our hot water heater decided to leak while we were on vacation causing damage to our garage and all the items we had in storage. They were also incredibly helpful in working with our insurance, even when insurance wasn’t being very helpful. A special thank you to the manager, Jarod and the team lead Bobby, truly went above and beyond for us. The whole team met and exceeded all of our expectations. We’re so grateful for their professionalism, hard work, and care. Highly recommend!

Will Blankenship was wonderful. His team hit the floor running. I than Serve Pro for the phenomenal job they did getting us dried out. We still have a ways to go but feel we are heading in right direction!

When our house flooded, Servpro Team Shaw was quick to respond. Bobby Carter was there within an hour of the call (our call was at 0430) and his team soon their after. By mid-afternoon, they had the excess water completely out of the house and all the drying fans going. The level of service was remarkable! Bobby oversaw the mitigation phase, and so professional and responsive to our needs. We are so thankful for their quick response and excellent work. We know that the damage to our house was not as severe as it could have been, all due to ServPro Team Shaw’s quick work. Thank you for all you do!!
