This past week we discovered some mold in our heating cabinet that I was worried to show signs of mold being in our air ducts. Matt Pearson came and took a look and found it to be a quick fix that didn't require too much work. He then found the problem to be related to my AC not taking enough humidity out of the house. He gave me a referral to an affordable HVAC company to clean my unit, and some tips to keep the mold out in the meantime. As a new homeowner, a less honest team could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and convinced me the problem was a lot worse.
