We chose to do some of the less technical work (such as cleaning and painting) using our in-house staff, but authorized Serv-Pro do all of the more advanced work, such as air duct cleaning and air-cleaning and odor remediation. Austin, the crew chief, was assigned to carry out the work done by Serv-Pro, and he and his crew did an excellent job. Throughout the process, which involved several trips to our facility, Austin kept me informed of their schedule, including their times of arrival, estimated amount of time the work would take, and what type of work they planned to do on each trip. Throughout the process, all of our dealings with Serv-Pro were completely satisfactory and were conducted in a professional, but friendly and personable manner. This is company that is providing excellent customer service at a time when good customer service is a rare commodity.
