To Is whom it may concern. Lonnie and Jose were at our home today to clean up after a hot water heater leak. Let me tell you. This past week we discovered some mold in our heating cabinet that I was worried to show signs of mold being in our air ducts. Matt Pearson came and took a look and found it to be a quick fix that didn't require too much work. He then found the problem to be related to my AC not taking enough humidity out of the house. He gave me a referral to an affordable HVAC company to clean my unit, and some tips to keep the mold out in the meantime. As a new homeowner, a less honest team could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and convinced me the problem was a lot worse. The professionalism of a company taking care of something small shows you how diligent they would be for something big, and I most certainly will be using them for anything else that comes up. I work in property insurance, and this company is what everyone who works in the local industry uses for their personal claims because we know they do the best job.
