Lakeside is the least populated town in Colorado, and we like it that way. We are only 1/5 of a square mile, making us smaller than some of the larger (and, therefore, more frightening) shopping malls. Of that size, about a fifth of it is Lake Rhoda (renamed from West Berkeley Lake during the Great Depression; when a business owner rescued the Lakeside Amusement Park from bankruptcy, he named the lake after his daughter). We are near the most-heavily populated part of Colorado, Denver, and we like that as well. 

Most of our town is taken up by the lake, an amusement park, and a shopping center, but the homes are just as important. Given that there are only a handful of houses, any loss is a notable one. 

That’s why our SERVPRO team members are always on call to counterattack any kind of water damage, fire/smoke/soot, or other disasters. I highly recommend this team, (Dominic and Kit) I've had to use ServPro before and was pleased both times; however, this time the management team exceeded my expectations. Kit and Dominic (owners?) were especially good at managing the process and providing information quickly and my calls were returned within 12 to 24 hours. The actual mitigation workers were polite and efficient. They were careful and took extra steps to keep the tear down dust minimal. They were on schedule and good communicators. All employees, the schedulers, those who answered the potential client calls, program managers (Kit) and owners (I believe Dominic and Kit?) were all courteous and attentive and provided answers to each of my questions -- even if asked them to provide the info for a second time.
