Luis and his crew responded promptly when we realized there was water flowing into more than one of our townhouse's crawl spaces due to a water main break. They got to work as soon as they arrived and Luis was very quick to explain what had happened and what he and his crew would be doing. That continued to be our experience during the entire process--Luis and his crew were always each professional, courteous, careful of homeowner's property, and they always made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. Although the process was quite wearing, we never had any complaints about how it was done. The same goes for our experience with the SERVPRO staff. Kit was assigned to us as a customer service rep and she was always responsive when we had questions or concerns--answering emails and phone calls quickly and professionally. We would call SERVPRO back quickly should we ever had such a situation arise again.

We've had occasion to use the service of SERVPRO of Golden, Wheat Ridge, and Evergreen two times: one for a major home flood and now again for a minor water damage situation. This team, led by Todd Spies, is first rate service provider. Very professional, responsive, competent and fair in both of our experiences. They call you back quickly and keep you informed as to arrival and the work that needs to be done. The service technician we had this time was Jessie, very pleasant, approachable and professional. He knows his stuff and is easy to work with and he is flexible in his solutions. We've some real issues getting folks to call back and show up here in Evergreen. But NOT this team. If you want quality, efficient work done please give them a call. I give them my highest recommendation.

I wanted to share my positive experience with SERVPRO of Golden/Wheat Ridge/Evergreen. The drywall company I use recommended them, and I am really glad they did. We had a sticky situation in our rental property in which the tenant tested for black mold in the basement and the results came back a little high. SERVPRO came in and remediated the issue in a very timely manner. Steve and his crew were excellent - very professional, incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and the communication was great every step of the way. Steve went above and beyond his job description and was even able to assess where and why water was seeping into the basement. Finally their costs for the remediation work were in my opinion very reasonable. SERVPRO delivered for me and I highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again if needed!
Fantastic service and communication. Having a pipe freeze and break, and flood both floors of a property is quite a disaster. SERVPRO of Golden/Wheat Ridge/Evergreen was so professional and helpful, plus a pleasure with whom to work for almost two weeks (we kept having to remove more damaged material, sigh).
