I wanted to share my positive experience with SERVPRO of Golden/Wheat Ridge/Evergreen. The drywall company I use recommended them, and I am really glad they did. We had a sticky situation in our rental property in which the tenant tested for black mold in the basement and the results came back a little high. SERVPRO came in and remediated the issue in a very timely manner. Steve and his crew were excellent - very professional, incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and the communication was great every step of the way. Steve went above and beyond his job description and was even able to assess where and why water was seeping into the basement. Finally their costs for the remediation work were in my opinion very reasonable. SERVPRO delivered for me and I highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again if needed!
Fantastic service and communication. Having a pipe freeze and break, and flood both floors of a property is quite a disaster. SERVPRO of Golden/Wheat Ridge/Evergreen was so professional and helpful, plus a pleasure with whom to work for almost two weeks (we kept having to remove more damaged material, sigh). After the hurricane there was dirty, wet drywall and carpet in my mother’s home, Todd and his SERVPRO crew arrived to help. His crew pulled all the wet materials and made sure Mom’s home was dry, disinfected and ready to be repaired. Todd’s crew helped make a horrible situation less stressful.
