You didn't have availability to come out for a few days but since I just needed the cushion cleaned you suggested I bring it by the shop the next morning. You did a great job getting the smell out and removing any stain evidence. I truly appreciate it. Hopefully, there will be no more "accidents" but if there are, you will definitely be my first call.
From the first conversation with Steve, I was impressed! We had to work on some mold remediation due to a shower leak and he was honest and helpful from the start.
