A water line broke in my commercial warehouse overnight and poured inches of water into my storage and work space. I was frantic to save as much as possible when I called SERVPRO GOLDEN, WHEAT RIDGE, EVERGREEN, I didn’t know what to do! The person who answered my call was calm and explained what the next steps would be. The crew that arrived on site got right to work moving my stock and removing the water. They were quick, efficient and so very helpful!! In no time what seemed impossible was once again under control. I will highly recommend Todd and his team to anyone facing such a nightmare!
Phenomenal company. Another competitor was going to charge me over $6,000 for mold mitigation. Even before coming out, SERVPRO reviewed their estimate and picked out around 5 areas where they were double charging me for work, or for labor and supplies, and then again for labor. They cut the estimate down to just $5,000.
Once coming onsite (and the other company with the huge estimate had been onsite), SERVPRO recognized the mold was just in a small area, and could mitigate without removing and replacing all of the attic insulation. The final charge was just around $400 because they were honest.
Above and beyond that, they were wonderful to work with! Steve showed up on time and was a delight to talk to, and their technicians were on-time and lovely as well. They cleaned up after themselves and made the house stay looking beautiful for my guests after finishing their work. Do not have enough good things to say about this company! I wish I could us them for every house repair that comes up. They are one in a million.

Thank you Christine and Todd! I called late looking for my couch to be cleaned after my niece had an "accident". It was a brand new couch, about 1 month old and I was worried about the urine smell setting in. You didn't have availability to come out for a few days but since I just needed the cushion cleaned you suggested I bring it by the shop the next morning. You did a great job getting the smell out and removing any stain evidence. I truly appreciate it. Hopefully, there will be no more "accidents" but if there are, you will definitely be my first call.
From the first conversation with Steve, I was impressed! We had to work on some mold remediation due to a shower leak and he was honest and helpful from the start. Unlike other companies, he didn’t use the fear tactic, instead just calmly walked me through the next steps.
