My washing machine door unexpectedly burst open mid-cycle and water flooded everywhere. SERVPRO of Golden answered my call after hours on a holiday weekend and immediately sent someone to mitigate the water damage. (The other well-known restoration company I called never answered the phone and finally returned my call almost a day later - even though they claimed to be a 24/7 business. When you have a flood, you want immediate responsiveness like SERVPRO demonstrated!) SERVPRO of Golden followed up every day by phone and in person to ensure the repairs were progressing as planned. They also explained each step (de-humidifying and drying) and why it was required. After taking dryness readings one day early in the process, they even removed pieces of equipment that were no longer needed so we didn't incur unnecessary expenses. Every contact with the company was professional and honest. They delivered on every commitment and made what could have been a very stressful event tolerable.
