Mountain View Cleanup and Restoration

We were initially referred to Servpro years ago to address a rat infestation in our attic. The SERVPRO team did an amazing job of cleaning and sanitizing the area and we have not had issue since!!! Recently, we again contacted SERVPRO to demolish a rat infested shed and to clean up and sanitize the surrounding area as well as throw garbage and wood from my father's old workshop & carport. Edward (Eddy H) arrived to assess our job & provide a quote. He was extremely professional and friendly and the quote was very reasonable for the job at hand. While walking the job site, he kindly offered to "throw in" a power washing of the workshop interior!!! WOW ... I was so grateful for this!!! Sergio, the crew lead, arrived the first day, of a 4-day job, smiling, friendly and enthusiastic. He was so easy to talk to and work with. The crew was hard working and thorough and the final result was beyond our expectations. We are SO grateful!!! We would highly recommend SERVPRO for any type of clean-up you might have. Don't hesitate to give them your toughest jobs. They'll treat you well and get the job done!!!

These guys are the real deal! Getting home to a flooded home after a 3 week Europe vacation was no fun. They made me feel better about this unfortunate situation. My home was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, fully prepared for the reconstruction!

We discovered mold on one of our bedroom ceilings and called them out. On the first day, Edward came by to inspect. Because he couldn't identify the root cause just by looking around, he offered to bring a technician back the next day to check the attic space at no extra cost. They arrived right on time the second day, and after a thorough check, everything looked good. Edward suggested they return to wipe and sanitize the mold for now and observe it—again, at no cost. On the third day, they came back and completely cleaned it up. Edward is incredibly friendly. To be honest, I got quotes from several places, and he was the only one who actually offered to climb into the attic to find the real issue. I really appreciate their thoroughness and highly recommend their work!

Edward, Pam in the office, and their whole team were absolutely wonderful when they responded to my flooded flooring after a water heater leak. Not only did they handle the situation professionally and promptly, they consistently reassured me that things will be okay.
