Anna and her team are excellent. After we discovered water leak in the kitchen. I called SERVPRO Mountain View/Los Altos. They did excellent mitigation job. Team members explained procedures very well. Their work was fast, efficient, and very effective. Anna and her team members were very friendly, easy to communicate. They always put efforts to meet our needs. Anna was a great helper to find hardwood floor for us due to our hardwood floor was discontinued by manufacture. Anna also found excellent subcontractor for drywall repair. We were very happy and satisfied with SERVPRO's service. We definitely will use their services again.

SERVPRO of mountain view responded within an 20 mins and pinpointed and stopped the leak before further damage was caused. i had a water damage and mold needed to be fixed and cleaned , accured from the past raining time and was too bad .
They helped me with plumber and all needed that left me in ease not worrying about anything .
When the team arrived, they worked quickly to measure the damage area and gave me an itemized estimation on the same day. On the day they started the project, they were very careful at removing stuff. I heard them measuring the moisture of each piece of flooring before they took it out.

Eric and his team (Alex and Jay) were awesome! We had a water leak in our kitchen and needed someone to help with the mitigation. SERVPRO was recommended by our insurance and we immediately scheduled an appointment with them to get the remediation started. They were professional and on time everyday they had to come in. They also communicated every step of the way and kept us informed of the progress. Definitely recommend them!

When the team arrived, they worked quickly to measure the damage area and gave me an itemized estimation on the same day. On the day they started the project, they were very careful at removing stuff. I heard them measuring the moisture of each piece of flooring before they took it out.

My final bill is actually cheaper than their estimate - they did not install a fan, and only ran the dehumidifier for two days, although they charged me for the air scrubber they used when they took out the flooring.

Overall, I think they are very professional, the cost is transparent and they did not overdo things just to charge more. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service I called SERVPRO due to a bathroom leak that had gone unattended for some time. The company was so responsive - same day to fix the leak and work on following days to remove cabinet and floor tiles. Needed to have a plumber and they had one to send and he was excellent. Work was done carefully and I was kept well informed of all steps as they were undertaken. Really terrific service and very easy to work with!  

We had a water leak in our unit and called SERVPRO for them to come out to assess the damage. They were very quick to respond and was able to set an appt with an exact time while other companies gave a 2 hour window. I knew from that experience that this company valued their customers time!

Erik and Jay arrived on time, inspected the units, and gave us an honest assessment of the damage. They were courteous and professional, not to mention their quick response in providing a report of the inspection and estimate to fix it.
