We discovered mold on one of our bedroom ceilings and called them out. On the first day, Edward came by to inspect. Because he couldn't identify the root cause just by looking around, he offered to bring a technician back the next day to check the attic space at no extra cost. They arrived right on time the second day, and after a thorough check, everything looked good. Edward suggested they return to wipe and sanitize the mold for now and observe it—again, at no cost. On the third day, they came back and completely cleaned it up. Edward is incredibly friendly. To be honest, I got quotes from several places, and he was the only one who actually offered to climb into the attic to find the real issue.
