HVAC, Air Vent and Air Duct Cleaning Services

Anna and her team are great! I called Anna after a bad contractor experience and requested for a professional team to help with our post remodel cleaning. The team that came was super professional. did a through job and were respectful of our space. When we found a few spots that needed fixing, the team came back again and addressed the issue right away. Great service for all post construction cleaning. Anna is responsive and provided a great customer service experience. I highly recommend them.

A friend and her large-breed puppy were visiting, and the dog (who had been outside) became startled by something and ran to be with us indoors. Instead of using the dog door, the puppy ran through my untempered glass patio window. It was, in all respects, a horrible experience. Puppy went to the vet hospital (she suffered minimal injury and has fully recovered), and I stayed behind to clean up glass. I had NO idea who could help me, and I really, really needed help. I phoned my local police department to find out what kind of a service provider I needed, and was told to look for a 'board-up' service. Late on a Sunday night, on a holiday weekend, there were few options available. But (here's the good news!) Ronny Mamarian, General Manager at Mountain View SERVPRO returned my call. He arrived with a helper at 11:00PM, and worked until 1:00AM restoring the safety of my home. Ronny and Alex were professional and competent, but their kindness was the best part of a challenging evening.

We had water damage in our crawl space that we discovered . It needed to be taken care of before the pipes could be repaired. SERVPRO sent their tech who managed to get into a very tight area under our house . He showed us before and after pictures of the area when he was done. They started extracting the water and did a really great Job and left us happy and in a big ease. so far very punctual, knowledgeable and professional.

I was totally impressed with SERVPRO, primarily because of Anna. As the lead she was tremendously professional, task oriented and punctual. Her ability to keep me informed, even when out of state for a week, was most helpful. I recommend SERVPRO and Anna to anyone with a need.

Anna and her team at SERVPRO of Mountain View were simply amazing. After we discovered a horrible slow water leak in our radiant heated oak floor, their team responded immediately and did a fantastic job remediating the damaged room!!!! It was a difficult clean up and remediation but they did a wonderful job every step of the way! We highly recommend this wonderful team!!!!

a month ago Called about a spot in the ceiling and they sent over a technician promptly to investigate and reassure us that there wasn't moisture damage. Very professional service.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I had a plumbing leak that was concealed in a wall and hard to find. SERVPRO of mountain view responded within an 20 mins and pinpointed and stopped the leak before further damage was caused. I was comforted by the fact that they knew exactly what to do and guided me through the whole remediation process. I highly recommend them.

  Called this office for possible mold problem. Very responsive and professional. Ronny kept me updated every steps even after it turned out not to be mold issue. Definitely recommended.
