I wanted to take the time to thank ServPro for sending Arty to my home for a deep cleaning on 2/18/26. I'm not sure which location he is out of but hopefully he has an opportunity to see this as my gratitude. Arty was super attentive and truly understood what needed to be done. He was responsible for phase 1 of a do-over deep cleaning service in the basement area and garage area of my home. He took great care in cleaning each section and made certain to spot clean all areas of concern. His job was more difficult because he was tasked to address all areas of concern that, unfortunately, was previously missed prior to him coming.
