"In late May we experienced a huge storm which flooded a guest house on our property.  Rugs over hardwood floors, soaked.  Baseboards in the bath, soaked.  I had heard of the SERVPRO service through one of their former clients but had had no personal experience with their service.

Gave them a call and they were on-site within hours.  Pulled the rugs, vacuumed up the water and installed several dryer units.  The rugs were cleaned and dried.  The floors were tested and were above code for dampness.  They continued to be dried by the blow units for several days.  Due to their quick response; we were fortunate that the dampness readings returned to normal without further damage.  

Their professionals were very knowledgeable  and made us aware of the reason and results of each step of their process. 

As an added plus, my insurance company had a great deal of experience with their service and immediately approved my claim.

They did not try to install inferior products. Third, they built a positive working relationship with my insurance agent. Continuous coordination among all involved parties made my restoration process flow smoothly. Last, Their project manager and her staff represented their company in a positive and effective manner.
