The second team headed up by a Juan and Andre did a very good job in picking up the carpet, taking the entire tile floor up and taking down the paneling in the basement. Clean and open up affected walls and ceilings to ventilate and prevent mold growth on day 2. Set up fans and industrial dehumidifiers to eliminate air pollutions for the residents. 3. Demolish damaged structures to prepare for the following restoration. 4.
