My basement was flooded and the first team, headed by Riccardo came in and got all the water up and stacked the contents I had in the basement so I could go through it. The second team headed up by a Juan and Andre did a very good job in picking up the carpet, taking the entire tile floor up and taking down the paneling in the basement. Demolish damaged structures to prepare for the following restoration. 4.
