They were great! Susan was very helpful and understanding when I called regarding a flood in my basement from a faulty boiler. They did a great job and my basement was spotless. I had another flood a few days later (unrelated to the boiler) in the basement and I spoke to Susan to see if they could come out again. She gave me an estimate and I said I would call back. My father then was hospitalized and I was not able to call her back but when I did she said she tried to contact me to tell me that they would send someone to help me FREE OF CHARGE! Even though I missed the opportunity to get help for free, I want to let all of you considering using this SERVPRO location to do it. They are very good hearted people and great workers!!! We had a mold issue at my elderly mother’s house. Mr. Allen and his company came in and did a very thorough inspection. They brought the latest technology to detect moisture and mold. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly they were honest. They told us what needed to be done, and more importantly what did not need to be done. We could have easily been taken advantage of and sold a bunch of services we did not need. SERVPRO gave us straightforward recommendation. Then, they took care of the problem. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
