The area known as Richmond Hill was initially inhabited in 1660 by the Rockaway Indians. When British settlers appeared in 1664, they purchased land and built farms. They were great! Susan was very helpful and understanding when I called regarding a flood in my basement from a faulty boiler. They did a great job and my basement was spotless. I had another flood a few days later (unrelated to the boiler) in the basement and I spoke to Susan to see if they could come out again. She gave me an estimate and I said I would call back. My father then was hospitalized and I was not able to call her back but when I did she said she tried to contact me to tell me that they would send someone to help me FREE OF CHARGE! Even though I missed the opportunity to get help for free, I want to let all of you considering using this SERVPRO location to do it. They are very good hearted people and great workers!!! Thank you Susan & Angelo for trying to help me!! God bless you guys!
