This review is for the mitigation/demo team of this branch. To preface this review, I am a Regional Property Manager of 650 units of affordable housing across 3 states. (Credibility for this review) I recently had a fire that affected 85% of a two bedroom townhome layout in New Bern, NC. Within hours, their crew was on site and getting to work on the demo and water mitigation. Within another 36 hours, all damaged material was removed and all moisture extracted. Not only this, the unit had NO smoke smell and actually smelt GOOD inside the unit because of how quickly these guys set up their machinery and got working(I also believe they had a machine that put a pleasant scent into the air which is was a nice touch). Additionally, there is absolutely ZERO moisture damage because of how quickly this crew worked. The compliments that we received from insurance on our quick actions just made this experience even better. Yes, Servpro might be higher on pricing as opposed to other companies, but this branch specifically showed why they’re worth every penny. I would guess we saved upwards of $20k just by extracting all of the fire departments water in such a quick fashion. Special mention to Mark, Fran, and Mason for all of their assistance with this. Those three are who have made this experience such a positive one. There was a small hiccup with billing but Fran and Mason had it handled within an hour of discovering it. This branch is great with communication and keeping all parties on the same page. I will be requesting that this branch handles any disasters that our complexes experience when possible.

My water heater overflowed so I needed water remediation. Mr. Clements and his associate were outstanding. Today Justin and Allen returned to retrieve dryer and haul away junk. The kindness and professionalism these two men displayed was outstanding. They are examples of outstanding customer service. I hope I don't need you again, but if I do this company will be called. It is of worthy note that I called them on Saturday. They came that afternoon and did not assess any extra fees. This company is recommended highly without hesitstion.

Justin W and Allen did a great job. Came home from vacation to all my floor flooded and they came in immediately, got all my wet flooring, walls and anything else out of the house and out of the way. Very professional and set up quickly. Explained the process to us and just all around did a stellar job. If I ever need help again then they’re going to be my first call!!

Our interactions with Servpro so far have been very effortless. They have been accommodating and well put together. I can see why they are the industry leader.

On May 8th I had a flood in my home the adjuster came out and told me that everything had to be pulled up and replace due to the water damage that included every floor in my home my kitchen cabinets and my vanities Frances Welch and the Servpro of New Bern team were amazing and I am truly thankful I did not know where to begin or who to contact for any of my repairs this team was only hired initially to come out and do the drying out of my home and tearing up anything that was damaged but talking Justin Woolsey and Frances Welch they explained to me that they were in a full service business that handle everything from beginning to end and that is exactly what happened I love the communication it was never hard to reach anyone about any of my concerns and no matter who you spoke with they all were knowledgeable about the situation and always had an answer for me even if it was just reassurance that everything's going to be okay I love my home a wish I could give this team more than the five stars because they were amazing.
