We recently had a very pleasant experience with SERVPRO following a major water leak in our two-story home. They arrived on time the day after we had 5 rooms heavily impacted by water damage, with fans and dehumidifiers to get the drying process started. They worked closely with us to explain their clean-up process, and what we should expect over the next week or so. They were at our house, on time, every day for the next 6 days to monitor the dampness and to perform the demo work required to prepare the house for repairs. They worked with the insurance company's field appraiser in his assessment, who agreed with all the repairs recommended by the SERVPRO team. Paul and Jake were very courteous, informative, and respectful of our time. We would recommend this company to anyone!

Under New Management
John and Cynthia Baldwin are the new owners of SERVPRO of New Bern. They are really excited about bringing their years of experience in the Service Industry to Craven and Pamlico Counties.
John and Cynthia Baldwin bought a SERVPRO franchise in 2015. Since then they have grown year after year and have bought more franchises along the way. They now own six franchises between North Carolina and Virginia. John's experience in the construction industry for 30 years made it a natural choice to buy a franchise and continue helping people when they needed it most, when they need fire restoration, mold remediation, or water damage cleanup.
