We recently had a very pleasant experience with SERVPRO following a major water leak in our two-story home. They arrived on time the day after we had 5 rooms heavily impacted by water damage, with fans and dehumidifiers to get the drying process started. They worked closely with us to explain their clean-up process, and what we should expect over the next week or so. They were at our house, on time, every day for the next 6 days to monitor the dampness and to perform the demo work required to prepare the house for repairs. They worked with the insurance company's field appraiser in his assessment, who agreed with all the repairs recommended by the SERVPRO team.
