We had a great experience! Donnie, the manager, made sure we were informed throughout the entire process. We had extensive flooding due to a burst pipe which resulted in the gutting of 1 apt. and the removal of the flooring in 2 others. Mike and Will worked diligently on taking out walls, ceilings and flooring. At the close of each day, they cleaned up! We were very impressed with all the interactions that we had with their team! I would, enthusiastically, recommend them!

Our area was hit with large amounts of rain which flooded our basement for the second time since we built. ServPro sent additional works to our area. Jeremiah and Cody was very professional and a pleasure working with. We had a lot of stuff in our finished basement and they took care of moving stuff around as they removed the water and removed our carpet. Justin was also great talking with and setting expectations. I’m a property manager in downtown Detroit who unfortunately had quite a mess on my hands. I am so impressed with the work and level of service I received from my assigned ServPro crew. Donnie the project manager was very communicative and Jeremiah and Will handled the issue with such kindness and an exceptional level of service. They worked fast, efficiently, and made sure they walked through everything with me at the end. It was needless to say a very stressful incident but this crew really gave me peace of mind.
