First, the person on-call the weekend I needed help, Amanda, was very kind and helped answer my questions and concerns, guiding me through the process, a first time for me. The crew that showed up was very quick in responding to my call, and continued to educate and explain things. They were able to confirm my suspicions of water in the walls, which was a relief. And they returned almost every day to monitor throughout that week. I am grateful for their assistance.
I had an excellent experience with the team at Servpro. Our project manager, Tiffany, was great. She was very accommodating as we worked through several options for cleanout services.
