In late March of this year, I experienced water damage to my home and garage. SERVPRO was among several companies recommended by my insurance company to handle the mitigation process. After reading some of the reviews of SERVPRO and the other companies, all well-known, I decided to choose SERVPRO. Glad I did!
From the moment Jake and his mitigation partner showed up at our front door, I felt a sense of relief. This was during the onset of the COVID nightmare, but they showed up in full PPE and got right to work!
After SERVPRO completed the entire mitigation process, I decided to go with them to handle the restorations as well. Justin Dahl, the project manager, was professional and personable from the very first phone call and remained so during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had - and believe me, I had a lot. Justin also worked well with my insurance adjuster, which is pretty impressive.
Justin wanted to make sure my home/garage were restored completely and properly. Once the reconstruction process was underway, Olsi and his crew worked long hours and diligently to get the job done. They were punctual and took pride in their work and, as a result, my home and garage look even better than pre-water damage.

I have a rental home that had a mold issue in a closet SERVPRO came out to inspect the same day I called them. Thay were fast with the quote and worked with the tenant to resolve the issue. These guys are great!

Starting in 1996, Randy Miller was an early pioneer to the mid-Michigan area SERVPRO® system. Since then, the franchise system has grown to over 1800 individually owned and operated franchises. Originally, Randy started in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Randy and Tina Miller have grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories throughout Michigan. Headquartered in Saginaw, they currently operate a family of franchises with locations throughout Metro Detroit, Owosso, Bay City, and Fort Wayne, IN.
