First, the person on-call the weekend I needed help, Amanda, was very kind and helped answer my questions and concerns, guiding me through the process, a first time for me. The crew that showed up was very quick in responding to my call, and continued to educate and explain things. They were able to confirm my suspicions of water in the walls, which was a relief.
