These guys are great. We have a brand new home that had water damage from the washer drain hose popping off. It flooded the laundry room, and two adjacent rooms. Andrew was quick to respond after they were contacted by State Farm. They even came at 1 in the morning and made sure the job was done right. Athena, one of the techs was one the ball. She made sure that the job was getting done right and made adjustments to the fans to make sure that we were getting the drying process done quickly and efficiently. She came back a second time on the last day of drying and she had a male tech with her and she worked circles around this guy. I was very impressed with the business like fashion with which they took care of my problem. Luke and his crew did a great job, we had and extensive leak in a downstairs bedroom, which we found on a Saturday. He came over right away, started drying up the area, installed fans, removed some dry wall and floor boards, and started us on our way to recovery. The job became more extensive, he handled everything and even with walls removed and carpet completely torn up. Our room was completely restored in less than 2 weeks, which for the amount that was included was incredibly fast. Thanks for a great and timely job.
