The project team that came out and fixed our home due to a water damage loss were great. Team was very knowledgeable and courtious. Great customer service and your interests matters to them. These guys are great. We have a brand new home that had water damage from the washer drain hose popping off. It flooded the laundry room, and two adjacent rooms. Andrew was quick to respond after they were contacted by State Farm. They even came at 1 in the morning and made sure the job was done right. Athena, one of the techs was one the ball. She made sure that the job was getting done right and made adjustments to the fans to make sure that we were getting the drying process done quickly and efficiently. She came back a second time on the last day of drying and she had a male tech with her and she worked circles around this guy. If you want the best people on the job make sure that you ask for Andrew and Athena the cleanup specialists.
I recently had some water damage to my home, after several attempts trying to find a company to help me out with no prevail, I decided to call SERVPRO. Within 15 minutes of my call Luke called me back and said he would be right over. This young man then spent the next few hours removing the water from the carpets and walls with some very hightech equipment.
So happy we called SERVPRO! Luke came out at 2 am because of a burst pipe in the bathroom that flooded our bathroom, bedroom and dining area. He was just a pleasure to work with! He made sure I understood everything that happened, what needed to be done, how he was going to fix it, and what condition everything was in when his job was completed 3 days later. He treated our home as if it were his own and was very respectful. Hopeful we never have another issue that needs the services of SERVPRO, but if we do, we will absolutely be using them again. :)

We recently had some water damage and mold in our laundry area. I called SERVPRO and other restoration companies in the area and of the companies that actually showed up to give us a bid, Luke from SERVPRO was far and away the most professional and thorough in the assessment of the damages. Everyone associated with the company who worked on the project was personable and professional.
The mold remediation and reconstruction was done quickly and done right, just like TV ads show. On a walk through of the finished project, Luke found a couple of aesthetic issues that were remedied the next day.
Hopefully I never have another problem like this, but if I do I will only call SERVPRO.
