Luke and his crew did a great job, we had and extensive leak in a downstairs bedroom, which we found on a Saturday. He came over right away, started drying up the area, installed fans, removed some dry wall and floor boards, and started us on our way to recovery. The job became more extensive, he handled everything and even with walls removed and carpet completely torn up. Every person who came to my house to help me was very efficient, but mainly they were friendly, kind, and helpful to me. I like the fact that no matter what I ask they would take the time to stop and explain it to me or help me. My house after the flood has been put back together better than what it was before! I will refer SERVPRO to all my friends and will be using them to remodel my kitchen this summer. And if I ever have another catastrophe, I have them on speed dial!
