Stanford Cleanup and Restoration

I contacted Servpro San Mateo on a Sunday night about a fiberglass mattress issue and was amazed that they picked up and had their Palo Alto crew out the next morning. When the scope was larger than they initially planned for, they were careful to take pictures to share with project manager Martin and come back with a detailed scope of work and pricing. It was definitely a pretty penny but the team was flexible within the scope to make sure the right areas were clean, they did not nickel and dime which I appreciated. Elyi, Piki and Maria did a very thorough job over 2 days and communicated well through Martin. I feel glad to have my home back in good shape.

When our retail bank branch experienced a flood event, ServPro was on the scene within 90 minutes assessing the damage and beginning the water mitigation process. From there, the ServPro team worked closely with us to identify the issues and provide a plan of action and timeline for completion. What a great experience with Servpro! We had a broken pipe under the house, and Servpro cleaned up the water which had accumulated and was stinky. They were professional, helpful and friendly. We have a narrow crawl space, but they figured out how to get the job done. They helped us coordinate with the plumber too. Anna Guerrero was the project manager at Servpro and was outstanding in every way including communicating and working her butt off to help us. She even drew a map of the crawl space so that the plumber would know exactly where to go to fix the pipe. Highest recommendation!!

Martin and his team, Piki and Mayra, did a fantastic job way above what I thought would be even possible! From the very beginning with Chelsea, Soliette and the HVac and soft goods expert we were very impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail. The communication was fantastic as well. Every question was answered promptly by the team. I’m really thrilled with the results and highly recommend Servpro of Palo Alto. I cannot say enough good things about Chelsea. She has helped me with mitigating smoke damage in my home after the Eaton Fire. She had answers my adjuster did not, she could give me a good timeline & educate me on the process, she quickly responded to my many questions & concerns & she was extremely accessible & responsive. She gave me hope & then confidence that the work on my home would be done well, right, & as quickly as possible. Plus, i enjoyed her as a person, which actually made this process much easier. Her team was also great & the other purple I worked with through her were equally competent & confidence-inducing. My house has never been cleaner & they organized it better than I did! I am very impressed!

Our home survived the Pacific Palisades fire but suffered from smoke damage, ashes and debris. ServPro PaloAlto cleaned our home for four days and left it immaculate. Our home has never been so clean, the smoke smell was gone and their service went beyond our expectations. The staff was professional and friendly.
