His crew was very respectful and clean over the next 4 days of removal of the damaged flooring and had equipment running to dry out the kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team to anyone who suffers a flood issue in their home.

We were dealing with a water leak from an old and malfunctioning gutter (I'll pass you the details). We noticed the issue on Saturday. The water had made it to my son's bedroom wall. I called 3 other companies and all I got was an answering machine. Funny how those things always happen on the weekend!
SERVPRO was SUPER responsive. Allen called me back within a few hours and came the next day to assess the damage. Allen and his crew helped me every step of the way! They set up equipment to dry the room right away.
They are nice, understanding, and reassuring. We all know how stressful those situations are. Having someone that is NOT trying to take advantage of the situation is so important! Allen is just that! SERVPRO really came through for us when we experienced pipe issues. They were very responsive and started helping us immediately. In particular Allen (the account manager) did everything in his power to not only make sure that our house was in order, but he kept checking in to make sure that the repair work was progressing, even going as far as suggesting several contractors. I hope I never need to use them again, but I if I have to, SERVPRO is where I would go!
I had a pretty severe catastrophe at my house with flooding in my crawlspace. Allen set me up and had their guys come out to the house to investigate and give me an estimate. My house had a big water damage, impacting both floors, about 2 months ago. I chose SERVPRO of Palo Alto mainly because they are close to my house and their Yelp reviews. Anna, Marconi and their team didn't disappoint at all. A few things to note:
1. Both Anna and Marconi came across as confident and knowledgeable about water damage remediation. They walked me through their key action steps and the timeline. That made it easier for me to plan the timing of build-back, etc.
2. They are very responsive. Both are always available when I call or text them for updates.
3. Marconi kindly called me every day after he's done for the day so as he can brief me what he did that day and his plan for the next day.
4. Water damage is nightmare to any home owner. I particularly wanted to thank Anna for being calm and confident in discussing water remediation plans with me and answering my questions. That eased a lot of stress for me.

Allen and his team are the best! I had previously worked with another mold company and had a horrible experience. They took twice as long as they said they would and ended up costing twice the amount. After reading hundreds of reviews, I decided I would give Allen a try, and I'm so glad I did! He showed up on time and meant business. He wasted no time in figuring out was going on and calling a company he trusts to come do an air test, on the same day! As soon as we were ready to proceed with the cleaning, Allen and his team showed up on time and took care of everything. Mold is such a stressful thing to deal with, but Allen takes all of the stress away and ACTUALLY CARES. You will be in great hands, trust me.
