General Cleaning and Janitorial Services

My insurance company referred me to SERVPRO, and I am so glad they did. They gave me an estimated time, and Manny showed up on time. Manny told me what needs to be done, and how it was going to be done. I set my appointment- and the cleaning crew came on time as promised by Manny. The cleaning crew did an awesome job cleaning my shop. I highly recommend them! They are professional, honest and hard working! I hopefully don't have to use them again, but if I do, I will call SERVPRO! Thank you!!!

Allen and his team are the best! I had previously worked with another mold company and had a horrible experience. They took twice as long as they said they would and ended up costing twice the amount. After reading hundreds of reviews, I decided I would give Allen a try, and I'm so glad I did! He showed up on time and meant business. He wasted no time in figuring out was going on and calling a company he trusts to come do an air test, on the same day! As soon as we were ready to proceed with the cleaning, Allen and his team showed up on time and took care of everything. Mold is such a stressful thing to deal with, but Allen takes all of the stress away and ACTUALLY CARES. You will be in great hands, trust me.

I called Allen at SERVPRO of Palo Alto to ask him to come to my townhouse and check my kitchen and hallway for water damage.

Allen being a true professional and kind human being, gave me suggestions on how to get started, called my insurance company to explain the scope of the damage, and set a time for his crew to come start working ASAP on the project. I can't express what a relief it was that Allen took control. The crew that showed up stayed with my project from beginning to end. They were punctual, reliable, and easy to work with. No job was too big or too hard for them.

I thank all of them, I will always remember their good work, and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Allen K. came over to help me today (Labor Day). The water supply line for the toilet on the first floor sprung a major leak and within 30 minutes half of the floor was flooded...He talked to our landlord and her insurance agent and is helping us get the flooring and kitchen island repaired. He was super helpful, courteous and professional!

I contacted SERVPRO to come and inspect my clients property due to mold and moisture presence, Allen and Marianna showed up on time and performed testing and were very informative of the process and explained everything. They gave us estimate and were very competitive and pleased to have hired them for the job. They did excellent work in a timely and I highly recommend them to anyone I know.

These guys are awesome! Had a water leak and mold just weeks after bringing home a newborn--Gill and his team were beyond considerate of me, the baby, and our situation. He worked with me through the insurance process, making helpful suggestions along the way, he worked hard to minimize the impact of the crew and the remediation process on me and the baby, and he never made me feel awkward as I walked around with my own leaks (nursing mom here). While I wasn't sad to have the repair fixed, I was sad to see the crew go. They listened to my whining, they empathized with me, and they made me laugh through the whole thing. Best of all, they worked quickly, were thorough, fair, and economical. Highly recommend!
