I had a pretty severe catastrophe at my house with flooding in my crawlspace.  Allen set me up and had their guys come out to the house to investigate and give me an estimate.  After approval, their service was nothing short of exemplary and professional.  I am so glad there are people who do this work; I would never want to go down in there and deal with the nasty mess they did.  I give them 5 stars, not just for their work, but for their customer service - highly endorsed!

Allen and his team were fantastic. Got home Sunday night to find finished basement flooded. Called SERVPRO, Allen returned call immediately and was there within an hour with 4 colleagues. They were kind, reassuring, worked hard and fast. Allen walked me through the process - calling insurance, etc. Allen was always available to me. The contractor was so impressed with the job they did.

Working with Allen and Marianna has been extremely comforting.  Personal thanks to Allen as his sensitivity to our predicament was welcome and appreciated.  Allen was always available to us for the many questions we had during the past 8 months.  We were impressed by their immediate response and saw they were knowledgeable professionals that had dealt with this type of situation before. They had a no nonsense approach and did a thorough top to bottom inspection for smoke damage and moisture using instruments on the walls, ceilings and floors.  They spent quite a bit of time documenting everything, taking pictures, and explaining their findings.   They outlined the necessary steps in cleaning the smoke damage that was present, removing the water under our floors to prevent mold, and the need to look behind the walls, the attic and other hidden areas to see what other damage was present.  

We can't emphasize how relieved we were that they stepped up for us when we were at a loss for what needed to be done.  

We suffered water damage in our home when our dishwasher pipe burst and flooded our home, while we were at work. We called SERVPRO of Palo Alto after googling a reputable company to help us in the situation. Courtney helped us through the job coordination and answered all of our questions every time we called, which was many many calls. She was extremely friendly and always responsive. James was our project manager - he was awesome and explained what was damaged and what the scope was clearly. They worked closely with my insurance and no detail was overlooked. His crew was very respectful and clean over the next 4 days of removal of the damaged flooring and had equipment running to dry out the kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team to anyone who suffers a flood issue in their home.

We were dealing with a water leak from an old and malfunctioning gutter (I'll pass you the details). We noticed the issue on Saturday. The water had made it to my son's bedroom wall. I called 3 other companies and all I got was an answering machine. Funny how those things always happen on the weekend!

SERVPRO was SUPER responsive. Allen called me back within a few hours and came the next day to assess the damage. Allen and his crew helped me every step of the way! They set up equipment to dry the room right away.

They are nice, understanding, and reassuring. We all know how stressful those situations are. Having someone that is NOT trying to take advantage of the situation is so important! Allen is just that! A good guy that will do his best to help you out! Those guys have a ton of experience and have seen it all. They deal with the insurance company and take the right steps to get you out of troubles.

Highly recommended. We hope we won't have anymore issues with the house, but If we do, we will call them again without a doubt.

Today we woke up to the most unexpected and unfortunate surprise - a massive leak from our water heater had completely destroyed our basement floor. The more we investigated, the worse it seemed - baseboards, walls, floors in neighboring rooms - all completely ruined.

Luckily we found  SERVPRO of Palo Alto online and instantly knew we were working with experts who care deeply about their clients. Within 5 minutes of talking to SERVPRO's 24 hour intake, Allen called me back to diagnose the situation and move into immediate action. Within one hour, he was at our house with his repair truck and immediately went to work. He quickly saw the extend of the damage, carefully described the full situation to us, and walked us through how to minimize the damage, work with insurance, and get everything taken care of as efficiently and safely as possible.  He stayed extra late to meet with the plumber we had called so that we could learn more about the situation and advocate on our behalf.  All late on a Saturday afternoon!

We've got a long way to go to repair, but feel so grateful to be in the expert hands of Allen and his team.

We have had a couple of different water damage issues in our home and SERVPRO has been excellent to work with. They are responsive, conscientious and thorough in mitigating the damage. It has been a pleasure working with them. They handle the issue in the most professional and efficient way as possible.

We had a great experience with SERVPRO after we had a pipe break in our kitchen that flooded the whole floor and ruined our hardwood. They were able to come in and dry out our cabinets and remove the damaged flooring. They also moved out all our furniture into temporary storage and moved it back after the work was completed.
