I'm updating it to give credit to the great team that worked on our house.  I spoke with Connie Hernandez the most since she was handling our scheduling.  Petra Torres (if I remember correctly) was directly involved in the clean up (all the ladies were super sweet).  Tom Lowe and Paul Medinger were also a huge help with the cleanup and especially for getting our home security online when the internet was briefly unplugged.  I had spoken with each of these people multiple times and was already impressed with their performance and professionalism.

Thought I'd have to repaint the interior of my large home. But the pro painter said to call SERVPRO of Lodi to clean soot from all my walls & ceilings throughout all living areas, kitchen, master bed & bath. This was an accumulation of soot from wood burning stove. Connie gave excellent customer phone service and got my inspection done same day I called. The two SERVPRO inspectors were also exceptional. Then Carmen and Petra came for three full days. They arrived on time every day, having to drive 1 1/2 hours each way from Lodi area up into the foothills. They were very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. So very courteous, extremely focused and organized. Such hard, 'non-stop' workers! They did such a thorough and excellent job, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They did such a great job, I do not have to paint!

I was referred to SERVPRO Lodi from SERVPRO of Tracy.  My dryer wasn't drying on one cycle.  I had the Geek Squad come and check it out and he said it wasn't the dryer but the duct was clogged.  I wasn't sure if this job was considered essential but after a month of having the hose put in a bucket with water, I gave them a call.  Connie was very nice and had her crew come out the following week.  Tom and Julio did a great job!  I had 18 years worth of lent/dust come out.  They got me hooked up and vacuumed all the mess.  Even though I thought I was cleaning out the duct, I think I might of pushed it in further.  Thank goodness no fire happened.   Thank you SERVPRO!

SERVPRO did an amazing job Connie, Tom, Julio, Christian, Paul and Sonja by making sure they took care my family while floor damage in my home .They all worked hard for a few days and late to make sure it was done ASAP .I mean every individual worked hard and good people.Connie the office manager very nice, sweet lady and on the top of helping me out. She even helped look for contractors ASAP and when I mean she took care of me .She sure did. I mean knowing the situation we are in with this pandemic and know how valuable it is to be in home she had contractors call me ASAP. I am soon to have my home put together. I will recommend this people in a heart beat and also they enjoy working together as a team and there happy to know they finish the job right. Thanks SERVPRO.
