I had these folks clean the carpets in my house a couple of months ago and WOW what a great job they did!! My carpets were supposed to be a dark green but looked almost a brownish/green from all the outside coming inside. When they got done not only were the carpets a dark green again but they were look shiny and brand new. They're a little more money than your average carpet cleaning company but worth every cent!!! I like the job they did on my carpets so well I had them do my Mom's carpets in her house too and what an amazing job they did there too!! I'm updating it to give credit to the great team that worked on our house. I spoke with Connie Hernandez the most since she was handling our scheduling. Petra Torres (if I remember correctly) was directly involved in the clean up (all the ladies were super sweet). Tom Lowe and Paul Medinger were also a huge help with the cleanup and especially for getting our home security online when the internet was briefly unplugged. I had spoken with each of these people multiple times and was already impressed with their performance and professionalism.
Thought I'd have to repaint the interior of my large home. But the pro painter said to call SERVPRO of Lodi to clean soot from all my walls & ceilings throughout all living areas, kitchen, master bed & bath. This was an accumulation of soot from wood burning stove. Connie gave excellent customer phone service and got my inspection done same day I called. The two SERVPRO inspectors were also exceptional. Then Carmen and Petra came for three full days. They arrived on time every day, having to drive 1 1/2 hours each way from Lodi area up into the foothills. They were very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. So very courteous, extremely focused and organized. Such hard, 'non-stop' workers! They did such a thorough and excellent job, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They did such a great job, I do not have to paint!
I called SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties per recommendation of my insurance company on October 17, 2020 after my washer overflowed (5 hours) upstairs causing a lot of damage to both up & down stairs.
Connie, the Amador/Calaveras SERVPRO manager was quick to respond and had Sonja and her assistant there as quickly as they could get to Jackson.
Sonja (& her assistant) were professional and were quick to stop any further damage. She explained all procedures and what would come next. She came each day for the next 5-7 days to continue the process. On the final day two gentlemen came to remove the rest of the drying equipment, Both as equally professional and efficient as the rest.
Sonja is very knowledgeable in what she is doing. She took the time to explain things to me and made herself available to me by phone as well.
Connie not only handled the office, Dispatch and financial end of this but also was available completely to answer questions and speak with several insurance agents from at least 3 different states. She coordinated everything including my repairs.
I would definitely recommend the SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties especially Connie and Sonja leading their teams. This was a devastating experience and they helped get the flood under control and helped me with every aspect! 5+ stars each!

Our house recently suffered massive smoke damage. I used Yelp to find SERVPRO of Lodi. They handle smoke & fire clean up so we gave them a call. Tom Lowe brought a huge special fan that cleans the air. Their technician was super nice and their pricing was very fair. Connie Hernandez followed up by phone too. I recommend them if you too leave a pot of rice on the stove for too long.
