We've been having multiple issues with a rat eating our water lines and damaging our home with water flooding tremendously. Without Tom Lowe from SERVPRO Lodi I might have went Into a deep depression, I mean honestly our house is down to studs and we are displaced with 5 children and 5 pets, but Tom has been so amazing he makes this tragedy so much easier! Him and his team have been on it for every new leak we've had. Thank you so much Tom Lowe we really appreciate you. We have had Eagle construction in the past and they we're so awful I was a bit concerned but all faith is restored that to Tom and his crew at SERVPRO!

The owner Perry has been doing restoration for decades. I enjoyed working with Tori in the office she made me feel very comfortable.
