I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from SERVPRO. I had Sonya, Christian and Julio come out to my house and they provided great knowledge and took care of all of my questions and concerns. Connie helped with the billing and she was very friendly and professional. Great customer service all around.
It was almost 2 years ago, but when we had a whole disaster, they were there and took care of things. We had no idea how dangerous our home was without the testing they had done. The crew they sent out was always kind and understanding. I was even comforted at one point.
They showed up when and where they were supposed to and did their best to make it easy on us as possible.
I'm updating it to give credit to the great team that worked on our house. I spoke with Connie Hernandez the most since she was handling our scheduling. Petra Torres (if I remember correctly) was directly involved in the clean up (all the ladies were super sweet). Tom Lowe and Paul Medinger were also a huge help with the cleanup and especially for getting our home security online when the internet was briefly unplugged. I had spoken with each of these people multiple times and was already impressed with their performance and professionalism.
I had a dishwasher water leak that went farther than my eye could see. Luckily SERVPRO was able to see and handle the extensive damage. They billed my insurance directly, this made it seamless. The owner Perry has been doing restoration for decades. I enjoyed working with Tori in the office she made me feel very comfortable.
SERVPRO of Lodi, I have no words to match my gratitude for the professionalism, communication and the support I have received starting with Tory (the dispatcher) she was welcoming and professional and quickly scheduled me an appt the same day. The team (Sonia, Andrew, Matt and Carmen) that showed up to my home were amazing, strategic and knew what they were doing. The communication with Sonia, Andrew and Matt, through this process has been great. I was overwhelmed and devastated to come home from vacation and have water damaged but working with this team has made it bearable! We recently had SERVPRO of Lodi come help us with a leak in our house. The team that came out first was Sonja, Julio and Nester. They were extremely professional and wore masks and gloves, being conscientious of the current Covid situation. The team (Julio and Nester) worked hard and efficient at identifying the possible source of our leak problem. Sonja was very good at communicating all aspects of the clean up process. She was extremely easy to talk to and great to work with. VERY professional. A couple days later, Julio and Petra returned to follow up. Thank you BOTH!!! Julio has been phenomenal during this whole process and going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Connie has been so friendly and making sure things run smoothly; also being there when we had any questions. Happy with our experience. :)
I used SERVPRO back in 2017 I woke up to a flooded home, with it literally raining through the ceilings in my downstairs. I was a nervous wreck! I called SERVPRO and Connie answered the phone and she told me everything's going to be ok, we will help you.
