We recently had SERVPRO of Lodi come help us with a leak in our house. The team that came out first was Sonja, Julio and Nester. They were extremely professional and wore masks and gloves, being conscientious of the current Covid situation. The team (Julio and Nester) worked hard and efficient at identifying the possible source of our leak problem. Sonja was very good at communicating all aspects of the clean up process. She was extremely easy to talk to and great to work with. VERY professional. A couple days later, Julio and Petra returned to follow up. Thank you BOTH!!! Without Tom Lowe from SERVPRO Lodi I might have went Into a deep depression, I mean honestly our house is down to studs and we are displaced with 5 children and 5 pets, but Tom has been so amazing he makes this tragedy so much easier! I called SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties per recommendation of my insurance company on October 17, 2020 after my washer overflowed (5 hours) upstairs causing a lot of damage to both up & down stairs.
Connie, the Amador/Calaveras SERVPRO manager was quick to respond and had Sonja and her assistant there as quickly as they could get to Jackson.
Sonja (& her assistant) were professional and were quick to stop any further damage. She explained all procedures and what would come next. She came each day for the next 5-7 days to continue the process. On the final day two gentlemen came to remove the rest of the drying equipment, Both as equally professional and efficient as the rest.
Sonja is very knowledgeable in what she is doing. She took the time to explain things to me and made herself available to me by phone as well.
Connie not only handled the office, Dispatch and financial end of this but also was available completely to answer questions and speak with several insurance agents from at least 3 different states. She coordinated everything including my repairs.
I would definitely recommend the SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties especially Connie and Sonja leading their teams. This was a devastating experience and they helped get the flood under control and helped me with every aspect! 5+ stars each!
